The Government Accountability Office, the investigative arm of Congress, has issued a report on proprietary schools requested by Rep. Hinojosa (D-TX), who chairs the House postsecondary education subcommittee.  The report focuses on Ability to Benefit students as well as the legitimacy of high school diplomas and diploma mills.
